Uit de omgeving van Poligny. De grond heeft hier kalk aan de oppervlakte en dieper meer mergel. Fris en lang, prachtige vulling, concentratie en gekruid, tikje rokerig. Heel puur met een onwaarschijnlijk mooie balans ( zuren - mineraliteit - fruit - body). Vrijwel zonder sulfiet gebotteld en biodynamisch.
